Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by calling or messaging us.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.
Non-refundable cases
Services already delivered, late cancellations within 24 hours and customised work that has already started are not refundable, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Rescheduling
If we need to cancel or reschedule from our side, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund.
